Section 33A
Serious Offenses
If a police officer commits any of the following offences, he shall be punished with imprisonment for life or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to fourteen years or with fine which may extend to three years' pay or with both:-
(a) if he commits or causes armed rebellion in the police service or if he aids in rebellion or incites to do so or conspires or undertakes to do so,
(b) If he does not try his best to stop it when he is in the place of rebellion, or during such time patriotism, ... ... or if he distracts any person on duty from his duty or does such an act,
(c) knowing that there is an intention to rebel or that a conspiracy or enterprise is taking place, or if there is reason to believe that it is taking place, if he does not give information or notice to the higher officials of Nich Mari as soon as possible,

(e) Police station, outpost, garad, patrol guard, etc., and arms, ammunition, other government property and documents with him or in his charge, if he helps the attackers,
(f) knowingly spreading false terror among the police force or the public during or in anticipation of an attack or encounter or spreading false news of danger with the intention of inciting or terrorizing.
